Preparation Tasks Optional for Adult players
Task 1: Rope skipping

If you still cannot achieve it now, no worry, just start to practice it everyday. 

- for beginners: simple rope skipping, and keep practicing it everyday.

- for middle group: double rope skipping (see the video above), and try to achieve 100 (nonstop) within one minute.

 

- for advanced group: double rope skipping (see the video above), and try to achieve 120 (nonstop) within one minute. 

Task 2: Footwork training

Practice the six-point footwork on a badminton court and do what the video shows. 

Task 3: Clear and Dropshot

Keep practicing clear and dropshot on a badminton court, see the video demonstration.
